What we are looking for:
A tech-savvy, sales-driven professional with experience in business development and consultative sales. If you are passionate about aviation tech and leisure industries, and are looking for an opportunity to grow and lead a new business team, join us!
We looking to expand our team with a Business Development Manager who has extensive experience in technology sales as well as development and advisory, experience with C-suite, and previous consultative sales experience. Ideally, you also have experience in recurring revenue models, such as monthly and quarterly retainers and a strong background in travel technology.
What your main responsibilities are going to be:
· Hunt for and bring in new clients and build a strong sales pipeline
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with customized solutions
· Use consultative sales techniques to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business goals
· Collaborate with the sales team to exceed revenue targets and achieve company growth
· Drive new business opportunities and lead generation activities
· Keep up-to-date on market trends and competitive activities to inform management
· Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
· Develop proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for clients
Desired qualifications and experience:
· Extensive experience with technology sales - development and advisory
· Business development experience with C-suite
· Previous consultative sales experience
· Experience in recurring revenue models, e.g. monthly/quarterly retainers
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel as required
· You speak English fluently, any other (preferably European)language is a plus
